Studio 1 and 2

The studios are located in the basement in the annex and offer space for 2-5 people.
Each studio is equipped with a double bed, a small kitchen with dining table, bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
In one of the studios there is a pull-out couch with an additional sleeping possibility for 1 person.
The studios can be rented individually or together.

Size studio 1 for 2 persons: 24,50 qm
Size Studio 2 for 2 to 3 persons: 30,00 qm

The kitchens have the following equipment

• ceramic stove top
• dishwasher with biodegradable dishwasher taps, dishtowels and biological detergent
• microwave
• cutlery and crockery for maximum occupancy
• coffee maker
• toaster
• electric kettlerRefrigerator with freezer compartment
• sufficient pots and pans

The bathrooms have the following equipment

•   large walk-in shower
•   lavatory
•   mirror
•   hairdryer
•   towel dryer
•   cosmetic mirror

  towels ( 1 large and 2 small )
